"We experienced a Fascinating trip back into the history of the era. We toured the Ordeman-Shaw house as well as several buildings historically furnished with items related to the building such as a doctor’s office, printing press and our favorite a cotton gin mill. The “actors” are present during school trips. We visited as a self guided walk on a Saturday and it was not crowded. There was a very knowledgeable tour guide for the Ordeman house. There are restrooms available and we paid $15 each for entry, well worth it."

"Shelton Mill is by far the best place to live in Auburn. My husband and I love the pool, tennis courts, and the large amount of green space. The pool is so big and has a water slide and kiddie pool. The pool always has a lifeguards on duty and they a super friendly!"
