It's worth going. It is not far from Kos, there is a bus for €1.40 every hour and the entrance to the site costs €8. I suggest you go in the morning when it's not too hot yet. Full review by stefanosp822
Hi, I visited Kos and Asklepieion many years ago and have a desire to visit again to spend more time there. I also recall a very quant harbour and Taverna nearby where I would like to stay for a few days. Do you happen to know the name of this Harbour and any nearby Tavernas offering accommodation? Kosta Palace is not the sort of place I would stay by choice (too many people) but thank you, you are right about plenty of inexpensive accommodation in the area.
