The suspension bridge is wide enough for a walker and a person with a cane can do it as well. It should be wide enough for a wheel chair but there are about four steps on the house side of the bridge. One can use a wheel chair to view the rooms on the first floor of the house. If one checks with the staff at the Kilroy Center on Memorial, one can check on getting permission to enter the grounds from Lazy Lane and drop off the person in the wheel chair at the front of the house.
