The Detroit Lions and Philadelphia Eagles will meet when the NFL schedule shifts to Week 11 in one of the biggest games of the football season so far, and Dan Campbell is adding more fuel to the fire before the matchup after taking a shot at the NFC East team and their fanbase.

The Lions face one of their biggest games of the year against the Eagles. Detroit needs to exploit this one matchup to win the game.

Lions head coach Dan Campbell said Eagles fans spit and threw batteries at him in his playing career before the two teams play in Week 11.

"We always go in with a great game plan, trying to do certain things, and I understand how the game goes," Brown said. "Sometimes defenses take it away, and just hypothetically speaking, the O-line might slip or fall or get pressure. That’s part of the game."

The Detroit Lions are continuing their preparation for the Philadelphia Eagles, returning to the practice field on Thursday afternoon. Kerby Joseph, who has missed the past three games, was again not practicing. He did come out to support teammates during individual drills.

Speaking of offense, Dan Campbell took over the playcalling in Motown last weekend and the Lions responded by putting 44 on the board in a 44-22 win over the Commanders. That win coupled with the Packers’ loss propelled the Lions into a tie with Chicago atop the NFC North.
