Before Friday night, the last time KJ Martin had played in a game was Dec. 23 for the Philadelphia 76ers.

The Utah Jazz finally got their first look at their newest addition to the roster in KJ Martin on Friday, as he was finally cleared to return to competition following the All-Star Break in the team's first matchup vs.

The Utah Jazz are back in the fold on Saturday night as they have another tough battle on their home floor against the Houston Rockets.

The Jazz have successfully used 10-day contracts on a reclamation project recently. In February 2023, the team signed former first-round pick Kris Dunn to a 10-day deal. Dunn used the opportunity to work his way into the team’s rotation before signing with the LA Clippers last summer.
