Doriane Pin crowned 2025 F1 Academy champion after gripping Las Vegas race
Doriane Pin has been crowned the 2025 F1 Academy champion after a commanding season in the all-female racing series.
The F1 Academy is an all-female single seater race series created in 2023 that competes in 14 races around the world. The academy cars feature a 4 cylinder turbo 1.4 litre Autotecnica engine, six speed gear box and a top speed of 240km/h (149mph).

The F1 Academy is wrapping up their 2025 season in Las Vegas and for some drivers, it means the sun is setting on their two years in the program. That includes Salt Lake City native Lia Block, who was recruited to drive for Williams Racing.
“It felt like ice,” said Max Verstappen, the reigning F1 world champion who is renowned for his wet-weather driving skills. “To be honest, (it was) not a lot of fun to do. It was a little bit too much, I would say.”
