On heels of home sweep of No. 3 Penn State, Spartans look to keep high level of play on road against Fighting Irish

The last time Notre Dame hockey traveled to Minneapolis, they pulled off a surprise. The Irish’s upset of Minnesota in the first round of the Big 10 tournament last March shocked the college hockey world. Its memory still lingers as Notre Dame hits the road for its first conference road series against Minnesota.

Notre Dame kept things rolling with an offensive explosion against Robert Morris on Friday, where the Irish tallied six goals while maintaining their undefeated home record this year.
