The K-pop star, a member of the boy band BTS, released his debut solo album, Happy, and a music video for the song "Running Wild" on Friday. The "Running Wild" video shows Jin and his dog calmly enjoy a day in sunny California as a disaster destroys the world around them.

KOREA: As reported by Allkpop, BTS’s Jin delighted fans with his Happy solo album showcase, held on Nov 16 and 17 at Jangchung Gymnasium, Seoul. Titled Jin ‘Happy’ Special Stage, the event featured live performances of all album tracks accompanied by a full band, interactive segments, and heartfelt moments with ARMY.

BTS’s Jin revealed the behind-the-scenes process of working on his first solo album “Happy” through a written Q&A released by his agency BigHit Music on Saturday.

The upcoming Fallon appearance will come six years after BTS made its full-band debut on Fallon’s show. In 2018, the group — which is also comprised of SUGA, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V and Jung Kook — performed Billboard Hot 100 No. 11 hit “Idol” and “I’m Fine,” as well as tried out that year’s “Fortnite” dance trend.

This will be Jin's debut appearance on the well-liked late-night chat program as a lone guest. The 'Tonight Show' released a teaser video announcing the news, which has already caused waves of excitement around the world.
