Many questions remain about the causes and circumstances that lead to the deadly explosion at the Givaudan Sense Colour factory on Tuesday afternoon in Louisville's Clifton neighborhood. The explosion killed two, injured 11 more and left numerous surrounding homes and businesses damaged.
