Bronny James's rookie season is already behind him. He'll spend a portion of his offseason competing with the Los Angeles Lakers' Summer League team for an opportunity to work on his game alongside the NBA's newest draft class.

The Lakers signed veteran center Deandre Ayton to a two-year, $16 million deal and brought back backup Jackson Hayes on a one-year contract. However, power forward Dorian Finney-Smith went to the Houston Rockets, and LeBron James is monitoring the team's moves after opting in to his $52.6 million player option.

Bronny James is back with the Los Angeles Lakers for a second year of Summer League action, which began Sunday.
