One Ohio children's hospital has shown that sometimes, all it takes is some infant-sized ruby slippers and a broomstick to change someone's life for good.

The Rhode Island Public Interest Research Group Education Fund and Hasbro Children's Hospital discussed the report Friday.

It's part of a global Disney tour to bring toys and holiday fun to some of the youngest patients at children's hospitals.

"We are so pleased to make it in this ranking," said Dr. Phyllis Dennery, the pediatrician-in-chief at Rhode Island Hospital.
