P edro Neto has paid an emotional tribute to Diogo Jota. The Liverpool striker and his brother Andre Silva died on Thursday (July 3) after a tyre blew out on their car, resulting in a crash when attempting to overtake on the A52, known as the Palacios de Sanabria, according to local police.

The group of Liverpool players was led by Virgil van Dijk and Andy Robertson. The former carried a wreath of Jota’s No.20 shirt, while Robertson held the No.30 which belonged to Silva, a midfielder with Portuguese second-tier side Penafiel.
