Flash floods in Texas have killed more than 100 people, many of them children. Heavy rains fell quickly in the predawn hours Friday in the Texas Hill Country.

Organizations and local brands have jumped into action to help victims of the deadly Texas floods that began in Hill Country on Friday.

Dozens of volunteers searched for bodies in Hunt, Texas, on July 6 after floods overcame the area days earlier.

Nine-year-old Janie Hunt, a relative of Kansas City Chiefs owner Clark Hunt, was one of the Camp Mystic campers who died due to flooding in Texas over the weekend. Clark's wife, Tavia Hunt, posted to social media revealing that the family had lost Janie Hunt due to the Texas flooding.

The Hunt family is in mourning after devastating flooding struck central Texas over the July 4 holiday weekend. The death toll has risen to near 90 from massive rains in the Texas Hill Country that led to catastrophic flooding of the Guadalupe River — and the heartbreaking losses include 9-year-old Janie Hunt.
