Zach Bryan has completed his deferred prosecution agreement connected to his 2023 arrest in Oklahoma, People confirmed with the Craig County, Oklahoma District Attorney’s Office.

Zach Bryan has had a rough couple of weeks in the headlines after his breakup with Barstool Sports personality Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPiglia, but the country music star did get some good news recently.

You likely remember the mugshot that sent shockwaves through social media, as well as the damning dash cam footage that made Bryan’s arrest rather understandable. Bryan put out an apology the morning after, saying that he let the emotions get the best of him, and that’s apparent when you look at the tape.

The country musician was booked on an obstruction of investigation charge in September 2023 after getting “lippy” with cops.

People magazine confirmed with the Craig County, Oklahoma District Attorney's Office that as of 14 November, Bryan had successfully completed the six-month deferred prosecution agreement he entered into after his September 2023 arrest for obstruction of investigation.
