One of my favorite machines I've ever used for any body part is a lying plate loaded hammer strength rear delt raise. Unfortunately, the only gym I've ever been to that has one is the Gold's Gym in Venice Beach. . This is a variation of using a seated side lateral machine that mimics the motion of that machine, and really lights the rear delts up. Tips: -use a light enough weight to be able to control the motion the whole time, and one you're able to get 15-20 reps with -keep your hands slightly
