This and plenty of fluids/rest is all you need to help get your little one through that cold or yucky sickness going around school. Please stop suppressing your child’s symptoms with over the counter cold medicines that do not help them what so ever (and have harmful ingredients and dyes in them). We have normally used the Frida brand essential oil blend but decided to go with something else this time. The Casaluna organic oil blend was a little pricey but worth it in my opinion.
