Yesterday was a bittersweet day here at Tiny Paws. A few days ago, we picked up a sweet brindle pug named Pepper from a shelter in Fresno, CA. She had a bad skin infection and wasn’t in good health. We had her on antibiotics, anti-fungal medication, and prednisone to fight off her infections, but yesterday her body decided enough was enough. Our team rushed her to SAGE Emergency Vet in Concord, but Pepper didn’t make it past the doors. She passed away in our arms. While we are devastated and sho
