DAY 4!!! Day 4 & 5 are usually lower-activity days, so we’ll see how things look in the morning. I’m using a jar from @Sourhouse and their Goldie to track my starter’s temperature. It lets me know if it’s running too warm and includes an ice puck to help regulate things. There are so many tools out there, but temperature plays a huge role in a healthy starter — especially when you can’t control your apartment’s heat.
