She demonstrates marked bradykinetic gait characterized by short shuffling steps, reduced stride length, and poor foot clearance, resulting in audible scuffing of the feet along the ground. There is reduced arm swing (typically bilateral in advanced disease) and difficulty with gait initiation, suggestive of freezing tendency, pa
