Once the set gets underway and the targeted muscle gets fatigued, the cadence breaks and the lifters stops lifting and the set is over. This is generally a mistake... The MUSCLE can actually lift more but you have to take slightly more time to perform the rep. If you can rest 1-2s more and keep repping then you aren't clo
